WHAT IS THE PARKING FEE?

Self-parking for overnight guests available for a fee of $15 nightly
     Starting January 1, 2023 Parking Fee will increase to $18 nightly

Day Rate - $1.50 per half hour, maximum $16

RV's, Trailers and Campers $20 nightly

Buses $25 nightly

 

HOW FAR IS HOTEL FROM AIRPORT AND APPROXIMATE CAB FARE?

The hotel is 6 miles from the San Diego International Airport. A cab will cost approximately $25 and take around 15 minutes depending on traffic. The hotel does not offer an airport shuttle.

 

WHEN IS CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT?

Check in is 3:00 pm, and check out is 11:00 am.

 

DO YOU ACCOMMODATE LATE CHECK-OUT OR EARLY CHECK-IN?

We can accommodate early check-ins based on availability.  Late checkouts are also based on availability but may be subject to additional fees.  We offer complimentary  luggage storage for all arriving and departing guests.

 

WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?

48 hours prior to arrival to avoid a first night room & tax penalty.  Please note that for special rates, packages and certain events, this policy is subject to change. 

 

DOES THE HOTEL HAVE A RESTAURANT?

Savor creative classic American fare for breakfast, lunch and dinner at Postcards American Bistro, which offers a bright, casual ambiance just off the hotel lobby.

Be sure to join us for Happy Hour Monday - Friday in our 950 Lounge from 5:00 - 7:00 P.M. and live piano with Adam Wolfe Fridays from 5:30 to 7:30 P.M. Live Jazz "Sunday Sessions" every Sunday 4:30 - 6:30 P.M featuring local and famous jazz musicians
 

DOES THE HOTEL HAVE A POOL?


Yes, we have an outdoor heated swimming pool open year-round from 8:00AM - 9:00PM

 

IS THERE A RESORT FEE?


We do not charge any resort fees, though a $50 nightly incidental deposit is held on the credit card provided at check-in. 

 

IS THERE A FEE TO USE THE FITNESS CENTER?

No

 

IS THERE WIFI AVAILABLE AT THE HOTEL?

Yes, WiFi is available and included in all rooms and public spaces. Wifi in meeting rooms is available for a fee, please inquire with our Sales & Catering Department for pricing.

 

IS THE HOTEL PET-FRIENDLY?

Yes, please read our dog policy below to ensure your dog has a great stay.

  • Dogs only are permitted
  • A non-refundable dog fee of $25.00 a day will apply
  • A limit of one dog per room
  • 40 lbs maximum weight
  • Dogs may not be left unattended in the room
  • Dogs are not allowed in food and beverage or pool areas
  • Dogs must be on leash or in a carrier in all public areas
  • A $250.00 deposit will be collected at time of check in and will be refunded upon room inspection if no damage is discovered


DOES THE HOTEL HAVE A BUSINESS CENTER?

Our business center offers Internet-equipped workstations and a printer. Complimentary boarding pass printing is also available.
